Just to give you an idea of how much money that is, on a $700,000 home with a 3% commission split we would give you a check for $10,500.00 after closing. The more expensive the home you buy, the bigger your rebate check will be.
66% Real Estate Rebate
This bigger real estate rebate is for clients who have already found the home they want to buy. With this level of service we put in the offer for you and manage the escrow process from offer to close. We help you with negotiations, inspections, and escrow. We basically still fulfill all of the duties of a traditional agent except that we don’t help you find the house. With this level of service you get a whopping 66% of the commission back when escrow closes. So if you buy a $700,000 with a 3% commission we will write you a real estate rebate check for $13,860.
